If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Payment can be made via etransfer, cash, or cheque. Clarke will confirm with you how you plan to pay during your meeting.

Initial assessments and treatments are 45 minutes each.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out any necessary paperwork. It's also a good idea to hydrate and eat a light meal at least an hour before your session.

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to the injured area.

No, you don't necessarily need a referral to book an appointment with us. However, if you're planning to claim insurance, it's a good idea to check with your provider regarding any referral requirements.
